Here’s what I call the “easiest refund policy in the world:“
If you purchase any of my courses and you’re not satisfied for any reason, all you need to do is email my team at hi@deanbokhari.com with the word “refund” in the subject line within 30 days of purchase and we’ll process a full and immediate refund within 1 business day of receiving the email.
Just make sure you include the name and email you purchased with and we’ll handle the rest.
And that’s it.
A single word and you’re done.
No hassles. No explanations. No nonsense.
Now that’s what I call easy.

A few more notes about our policy:
- The following terms apply toward digital products—such as courses, training, subscriptions, and all other online purchases:
- If you’re pre-ordering a course, your 30-day return window begins on the date the course comes out—so breathe easy, and enroll.
- Returns for all digital products are free.
- The following terms apply toward physical products—such as The 1-2-5 Productivity Cards, books, and other physical product purchases:
- Return window: 30 days (items must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging.)
- Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving your return.
- Return shipping: fees paid by customer.
- Exchanges accepted for both defective and non-defective items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item (fyi: it’s never happened), you may exchange it for a new item at no charge and with free shipping. Non-defective items can be exchanged at no charge within 30 days with shipping paid by customer.
